how to check bridge rectifier by analog multimeter | easy test with videos

What is bridge rectifier :- A bridge rectifier contains with four diodes and all diodes are working properly.bridge rectifier are used to convert AC power into DC power.A faulty bridge rectifier often causes DC power supplies to fail.

Test Bridge Rectifier :-

Step 1 :- when analog multimeter provide in bridge rectifier on AC section any continuity then bridge rectifier are faulty, when analog multimeter not provide in bridge rectifier on AC section any continuity then bridge rectifier are faulty

Step 2 :- when analog multimeter Red pin is conected with positive pin and Black pin are conected negative pin in case provide multimeter any continuity then bridge rectifier is ok, in case multimeter not provide any continuity then bridge rectifier is faulty.

Step 3 :- when analog multimeter Black pin is conected with positive pin and Red pin are conected negative pin in case provide multimeter any continuity then bridge rectifier is faulty, in case multimeter not provide any continuity then bridge rectifier is ok.
